You know when you walk into one of those cut-price bargain stores or you accidentally find yourself in the dark, cobweb-ridden corner of the video store where they keep those big baskets of cheap videos? That's where you'll find me. Shunning the higher-priced more well known films (not really, I buy plenty of those too but don't document them on this blog) I dive in head-first and dig right down to the bottom until I find at least one item that tickles my fancy.
A general rule of thumb is that anything $5 or less is fair game for this blog (there are exceptions in the case of cheaply priced box-sets or collections etc) and although I'm quite aware that 9 out of 10 are pure shit, it's finding that 10th diamond in the rough that really excites me. So join me if you will as we descend into the dark depths of THE BEAST FROM BELOW $5.
